Potato Bread

The second best way to eat potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 300g of potatoes

  • 45g of ap flour

  • 3g of salt

  • Pinch of black pepper

Directions:

  • Peel and cut potatoes into 2.5cm cubes.

  • Boil potatoes until fork tender.

  • Remove from boiling water and place on a rack to steam dry.

  • Once dry, mash and add in salt and pepper.

  • Kneed the mash until fully combined.

  • Roll out on a floured surface to about 6mm thick. Cut into rounds and place in a frying pan.

  • Fry until leopard spotted and flip.

  • Once toasted on both sides, remove from the pan. Add some butter and eat.
