Potato Bread
The second best way to eat potatoes.
Ingredients:
300g of potatoes
45g of ap flour
3g of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into 2.5cm cubes.
Boil potatoes until fork tender.
Remove from boiling water and place on a rack to steam dry.
Once dry, mash and add in salt and pepper.
Kneed the mash until fully combined.
Roll out on a floured surface to about 6mm thick. Cut into rounds and place in a frying pan.
Fry until leopard spotted and flip.
Once toasted on both sides, remove from the pan. Add some butter and eat.
